ACCESS STATEMENT
New Station House Bed & Breakfast The car parking facilities have a slight incline with plenty of parking spaces for the number of rooms available. Access to the property from the car park will be made through the front door. After parking in the car park please walk back out of the gates and turn left onto the pavement. Walk along the pavement until you come to the path of paving stones which leads up to the front porch. There is one small step onto the porch area. Another larger step up through the front door into the hallway. The ground floor is all level with the breakfast room coming off the hall. There are no toilet facilities on the ground floor. Thirteen steps up on to the small landing where the bedrooms lead off. Bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are all on one level with one step into each shower.
